For get starting in ALT, edit your /etc/postfix/main.cf:

Remove reject_rbl_client checks, add something like

smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
	...
	reject_unauth_destination check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:12525
	...

Then read docs and edit /etc/policyd-weight.conf

Notice for postgrey users:

Postgrey comes after policyd-weight to minimize postgrey usage (and thus bdb/IO queries) because
postgrey uses DEFER_IF_PERMIT as default, which means, that postgrey and policyd-weight would be
queried in every case. With policyd-weight at first, rejected mail will not walk through postgrey.
