О пакете: Spreadsheet::WriteExcel - Perl module for generating Excel97+ compatible Spreadsheets
Описание:
The Spreadsheet::WriteExcel module can be used to create a cross-
platform Excel binary file. Multiple worksheets can be added to a
workbook and formatting can be applied to cells. Text, numbers,
formulas, hyperlinks and images can be written to the cells.
The Excel file produced by this module is compatible with Excel 97,
2000 and 2002. Unicode data is fully supported so generated
files can be used in OpenOffice.org Calc and Gnumeric w/o any
additional converters even if non-Latin1 strings are in use.
The generated files are compatible with MS Access as well.
This version of the module should be considered beta.
It doesn't support comments yet and it's slower than
modules from Spreadsheet::WriteExcel versions 0.42 - 1.x
The module will work on the majority of Windows, UNIX and Macintosh
platforms.
