- excluded *.a and *.la files from packaging explicitly.
- package .deps files for plugins that depend on other plugins.
- made plugin descriptions more telling, removed periods from Summaries.
- added %_claws_plugins_path macro.
- packaged S/MIME plugin.
- added proper Libs: clause to the .pc file so that plugins don't have
to install additional -devel packages just because there's no them in
claws-mail-devel dependencies.
