NB: the package uses DScaler (http://dscaler.org/) which is GPLed but not
straightly buildable on Linux; see also http://dscaler.org/FAQ.htm
("Software Issues").

So we package DLLs with source available at project site; if we won't find
the resources to do the port during some reasonable time, then we'll have to
distribute DScaler source as a kind of "fetish package" (at least).
