PINE before 4.64 was built with an extension from Lev Levitin <lev@altlinux.ru> 
and ALT Linux Team (that means with a support for recoding messages 
between Cyrillic charsets). Originally it was PINE version 4.21 which 
was extended with the recode feature.

This PINE was built with an extension from Bernhard Kaindl <bk@suse.de>
(that means with a support for recoding messages between charsets). 
and Eduardo Chappa (maildir format mailbox support)
